URE was founded in Newcastle, NSW, after its founders identified a clear gap in Australia's regional corporate accommodation market. Large infrastructure projects, mining operations, and government contracts were bringing professional teams to regional centres for months at a time — yet the accommodation options were limited to hotel rooms or the uncertainty of the private rental market.
We built URE to fill that gap. By leasing quality residential properties and managing them as corporate stays, we give project teams a proper home: space to decompress after work, a real kitchen, reliable internet, and a consistent standard across every booking.
